We collect your email address for authentication, trademark watch queries, and notification preferences. We do not collect browsing history or sell personal data.
Your data is used solely to provide the MarkStalker service: monitoring trademarks, generating alerts, and sending notifications. Watch queries are stored to match against daily USPTO filings.
Data is stored on secure servers in the United States. Passwords are never stored — we use magic link authentication. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes.
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and Firebase for push notifications. These services have their own privacy policies.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes all your data including watches, alerts, and API keys.
